Every plan has every feature — VAT and IRD books, udharo, stock, godowns, Tally-style accounts. Plans differ only in size: people, branches, bills, items and counter PCs. Link a Gossip account and every paid plan is 25 % off.
Paid yearly: pay for 10 months, use 12. Prices are in Nepali rupees and exclude 13 % VAT. “With Gossip” prices need a linked Gossip account; switch it off to see the standard prices.

Questions
What kind of business is Accura for?
Shops of every kind — kirana and marts, clothing and footwear, pharmacies, mobile and electronics, stationery, cosmetics, bakeries, meat and dairy, fruits and vegetables, agro, furniture, gifts and toys — and hardware shops, wholesalers and distributors, mills, workshops that make what they sell, and service businesses. You pick your kind of business at sign-up; it sets the units, menus and examples you start with, and you can change it in Business → Settings.
Does it track expiry dates, sizes or IMEI numbers?
Batches and expiry dates, yes — with an “Expiring soon” list. Serial and IMEI numbers too: scanned on the supplier’s bill and at the counter, printed on the bill with the warranty, and found again with Serial / IMEI lookup. Sizes and colours: give each size its own item and barcode label; there is no size-and-colour grid.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free is not a trial: two people, one branch and 300 bills a month, with every feature, for as long as you like.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price is in Nepali rupees and excludes 13 % VAT, which is added when you pay.
How do we pay?
Monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months. The owner pays online with Khalti or eSewa from Business → Plan — or talk to us.
What if a payment is late?
A paid plan keeps working for 7 days past its date. After that the shop works as Free until you renew — nothing is deleted.
What is the Gossip price?
When the owner links a verified Gossip account, every paid plan is 25 % off. Gossip is never required.
What is an offline counter PC?
A computer at the counter registered to keep billing when the internet is down — cash and QR, from its own bill series — and to sync when the line is back. The Free plan bills online only.
Is Accura approved by IRD?
Accura is IRD-ready, not IRD-approved. It follows IRD’s computerised-billing rules — original and numbered copies, a print log, no deleting, gap-free numbers, the IRD bill view, sales and purchase books — but it is not certified and does not connect to CBMS. Ask your accountant what your business needs.
We use Tally. Can we move?
Yes. Import your Tally masters — groups, ledgers, items and opening balances — with a preview first. Your accountant can still take vouchers back into Tally as TallyPrime XML. See Accura for accountants.
Our item list is in Excel. Do we type it again?
No. Masters → Import from Excel takes items, customers and suppliers from an .xlsx or .csv file, with headings in English or Nepali. You see a preview with every row’s problems before anything is added, and names already in Accura are skipped, never overwritten.
Does it do salaries and TDS?
Yes, simply: a staff list, a monthly pay sheet by BS month, advances, SSF, TDS on salary and on rent or service fees, and a monthly TDS & SSF report with every PAN and the date to deposit it. Salaries are hidden from cashiers. Tax slabs are not built in — check the rates with your tax advisor.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Every main report — Day Book, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock Summary, Outstanding, Ageing, Cash flow — downloads to Excel or prints to PDF; the sales and purchase books download in IRD’s format; masters and vouchers export as TallyPrime XML.
