Clothing & footwear

For clothing shops: every size labelled, every festival season planned.

Kurtas by the piece, shoes by the pair, sets for weddings. Accura prints a barcode label for each size, keeps discounts inside their limits and shows what sold before last Dashain — so you stock up in time.

Figures show a sample shop.

How a clothing shop flows in Accura

Every size labelled, every festival season planned.

A sample season at Dhaka Fashion House in Dharan. One honest note: Accura has no size × colour grid — each size is its own item, which keeps stock and sales per size exact.

  1. New stock

One item per size, a label for each

Cotton kurtas arrive in M, L and XL. Each size is its own item with its own barcode; print 50 × 25 mm labels with the name and price.

In Accura: Purchase · Stock items → Print labels

Stock in by size, input VAT with the supplier’s PAN.

  2. The counter

Scan, with a discount inside its limit

Two kurtas and a pair of Goldstar sneakers scanned; a small Dashain discount. Past the item’s discount limit, only someone allowed bigger discounts can bill it.

  3. An exchange

    Size M for size L

A credit note against the bill takes the M back into stock; the L goes on a new bill.

In Accura: Bill → Return items

Stock right on both sizes, VAT reversed and charged again.

  4. Two shops

    Move stock between branches

Send six XL from the main shop to the second branch at average cost. Each branch has its own bill series and its own team.

    In Accura: Transfer stock

    Moves stock without selling it.

    • Stock moved — not sold yet
  5. Before Dashain and Tihar

Stock up from last year’s sales

Sales by BS month for every item show what sold before last Dashain — so the order goes out in Bhadra, not in Asoj.
