Accura — books that add up, for every business.
The name comes from accurate: the double line an accountant draws under a total that is checked and closed — that is our mark. We want every bill tied to the stock it moved, the money it brought in and the VAT it owes, so the totals always agree.
Accura is for every business in Nepal that sells something: the kirana on the corner, the hardware shop with contractors on credit, the pharmacy by the hospital gate, the mill that grinds the village’s wheat, the workshop that makes sofas to order, the print shop, the distributor with a godown full of cartons.
Most of them run on a khata, a calculator and a good memory. The selling is careful; the books are a bag of bills at the end of the month. We built Accura around the way Nepal does business — Bikram Sambat dates, VAT 13 %, PAN on the bill, the IRD’s rules for computerised billing, udharo with a limit — and around Tally’s way of keeping books, so the accountant is at home from the first day.

Why Accura
Careful work deserves careful books.

The udharo nobody wrote down
A regular takes a month of goods on credit during the festival rush. Nobody was careless — there was simply no single place that said what they owe, and since when.

The stock that wasn’t in the godown
The register says 120. The godown has 85. Was it a transfer nobody noted, a delivery, a return? When stock lives in memory, nobody can say.

The bill typed three times
Written at the counter, typed into Tally by the accountant, copied again for the VAT return. Every copy is a chance to get it wrong.
Accura is where those answers live — dated, numbered and on record — so a one-counter shop can keep books like a big distributor.
