Mobile & electronics

For the mobile shop: big bills, split payments, repairs on the same bill.

A phone, a charger and a screen guard fitted — paid part by QR, part in cash and the rest on udharo. Accura prints the tax invoice, keeps each payment in its own ledger and the udharo bill by bill.

How a phone sale flows in Accura

Every IMEI in, every IMEI out — and the warranty on the bill.

A sample day at Galaxy Mobile Centre on New Road: the dealer’s delivery, a split-payment sale, and the customer who comes back months later.

  1. The dealer’s delivery

    Scan every IMEI in

Mega Mobile Distributors’ bill: 24 phones. Scan each box’s IMEI into the purchase, one per line. The item already knows its warranty: 12 months.

    In Accura: Purchase

Every phone is its own serial, in stock at the shop floor; input VAT with the dealer’s PAN.

  2. The counter

    Scan the phone’s IMEI

Scanning the IMEI on the box puts that exact phone on the bill. A phone already sold is refused, so one IMEI can never go out twice.

    In Accura: Counter sale

Finds the item by its IMEI and holds that serial for this bill.

    • IMEI list
  3. Same bill

Charger, fitting — one tax invoice

Add the charger from stock and the screen-guard fitting as a service line. Over Rs 10,000 the buyer’s name goes on a full tax invoice, as the VAT rules ask.

    In Accura: Counter sale

VAT 13 % on every line, the IRD bill number and the BS date; the fitting never touches stock.

    • Sales book · VAT 13 %
    • IRD bill number
  4. Payment

Part QR, part cash, the rest on udharo

Sita pays Rs 20,000 by QR and Rs 5,000 in cash; the rest goes on her account, inside her limit.

In Accura: Counter sale → Split

Each part lands in its own ledger; only the unpaid rest counts against her limit.

  5. Printed

S/N and “Warranty until” under the line

Under the phone: its IMEI and “Warranty until Asoj 22, 2084” — on the 80 mm receipt, on A4 and on an offline bill.

    In Accura: The bill

Warranty counted from the bill date.

    • Warranty date
  6. Months later

    Serial / IMEI lookup

She’s back with a fault. Scan the IMEI: bought from which dealer on which bill, sold to whom and when, warranty still valid.

In Accura: Serial / IMEI lookup

The whole history of that one phone, in one place.

    • IMEI list
    • Warranty date
  7. Returns

Take back only what was sold

A return ticks the phones sold on that bill; a dealer return sends that IMEI back to them. Stock, VAT and the IMEI’s status all follow.

In Accura: Bill → Return items

A credit note against the bill; the phone is back in stock.

Retail for walk-ins, wholesale for the shops you supply — each customer billed at their own level (switch on the Wholesale tools).
